Agendas
The Agenda is a list of items to be covered during a meeting. It identifies the ‘business to be transacted’ and forms part of the summons to councillors to attend the meeting. Normally, it is the Clerk who compiles the agenda, and must also sign it, before it is sent to all councillors and published at least 3 clear days before the Meeting (see Standing Orders for definition).
Council Meeting Agendas, and those of its Committee(s), are published on Council’s noticeboards and online, and are available to view and/or download below. These can be printed for reference, but cannot be altered, and are published in accordance with Crown Copyright regulations. More past agendas are available from the Parish Office.
