Minutes

The Minutes are a legal record of what was decided at a Meeting. Ideally, they should record clearly the actions to be taken following the Meeting. It is important the minutes are accurate and therefore the minutes of the last Meeting of Council or its Committee(s) are confirmed and signed at the start of the next Meeting (see Standing Orders for definition).

Council Meeting Minutes, and those of Committee(s), are published on Council’s noticeboards. They are available to view and/or download below, together with associated reports. These can be printed for reference, but cannot be altered, and are published in accordance with Crown Copyright regulations.  Copies of these and other past minutes are available from the Parish Office.
