Annual Parish Meetings

The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) is a meeting of the electorate taking place between 1 March and 1 June. It is not a Parish Council meeting and there is no prescribed format. Electors can contribute to the Agenda. APMs often celebrate local activities and debate current issues in the community. The Chairman of the Parish Council, any 2 parish councillors or any 6 electors can call the APM.  The Chairman, if present, will chair the Meeting.
