The Annual Meeting of the Council is a full council meeting held in May where the election of the chairman is the first business.  The Agenda for this Meeting will be available from the ‘Agendas & Minutes’ page by Wednesday 28 April 2021 at the latest. This is an amendment to an earlier notification to take into current Govt legislation which does not permit virtual Mtgs after 6 May 2021.
