RECREATION GROUND UPDATE 1) Would dog owners please clear up after their pets as an increase in mess has been reported to the Parish Council. The recreation ground is in regular use, particularly at the weekends, and some thoughtless dog owners are creating a serious hazard for all users, most of whom are children. There are several bins available so there is no excuse for not using them. PLEASE: BAG IT AND BIN IT! 2) The Parish Council would like to apologise for the current temporary unavailability of some of the play equipment. Repairs are required and will be put in hand as soon as possible. Parts are to be ordered for the Junior Swing, and the Godwin Austen unit. Repairs to the cable wire will take longer and are still being considered. We are sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime. |
